Do I have to already be on a GLP-1 to work with you?

No. Many patients begin their GLP-1 journey with us so it’s monitored and supported from the start.

What if I already get GLP-1s somewhere else?

We can still support you nutritionally and metabolically, but prescription changes must come from Sara if she is managing your medication.

Will you help me come off the medication safely?

Yes. When it’s time to transition, we create a personalized taper plan with labs, strength support, and nutrition strategies so you maintain results.
