Kathy Haley, BSN, RN
With over 25 years in nursing—from ICU and infusion therapy to oncology—Kathy brings deep clinical experience and a calm, compassionate presence to every IV and treatment room.
Shane Carllson, RN
A Navy veteran and RN since 2004, Shane has spent decades delivering hands-on, effective care in multiple medical settings and now supports patients through IV therapy, infusions, and clinical care at Accucare.
Rafe Wiggins, PCC
Rafe keeps everything running smoothly—from scheduling and billing to making sure you feel seen, heard, and supported the moment you walk in the door.
Sara Kracman, NP-C – Nurse Practitioner, Medical Director
Sara is an experienced and highly qualified healthcare provider with three decades in the medical field. She has been a Registered Nurse since 2002, graduating from Missouri Southern State University. Her professional experience spans Critical Care, Med/Surg, Home Health, Hospice, with the last six years spent in the Emergency Department.
Sara earned her Master of Science in Nursing with honors in 2018 from Saint Louis University. She advanced her education further by obtaining a Post-Master's degree and an additional certification from Saint Louis University in 2019. She practices in collaboration with Dr. James Cesar, DO, ensuring comprehensive and high-quality patient care.
Outside of work, Sara enjoys spending time with her husband (celebrating 25 years in 2025!) and their five kids.
Kathy Haley, BSN, RN – Infusion & Oncology Nurse
Kathy is a highly experienced nurse with over 25 years in the healthcare field. A graduate of Loyola University Chicago, she has worked in a variety of departments, including ICU, PICC/IV Team, interventional radiology, pain clinic, case management, surgery centers, infusion therapy, and oncology. Her diverse background reflects her adaptability, extensive clinical knowledge, and dedication to patient care.
Outside of her professional life, Kathy enjoys spending time on the lake boating, tubing, kayaking, and paddleboarding. She also finds joy in gardening and spending time with her five dogs.
Shane Carllson, RN – IV & Clinical Nurse
Shane has been a dedicated healthcare professional since 1987, bringing decades of experience to the medical field. A Navy veteran, he served as a corpsman, where he gained valuable medical training and experience that laid the foundation for his career in healthcare. He became a licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in 2004 and has since worked in various settings, consistently delivering effective and compassionate patient care.
In his free time, Shane enjoys spending time with his wife, Chris, and their four dogs. He is also actively building a farm for his retirement, reflecting his strong work ethic and love for nature.
Rafe Wiggins, PCC – Patient Care Coordinator
Rafe is a passionate and driven individual from Branson, Missouri, now residing in Springfield, and is pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in General Business at Missouri State University. With extensive experience in customer service and management, he works as the Patient Care Coordinator at Accucare Health & Wellness, ensuring efficient operations, managing billing, and providing exceptional patient service.
Rafe also contributes to Missouri State’s football program as a Student Assistant, filming practices and games. A lifelong sports enthusiast with a deep love for football and the Kansas City Chiefs, he aspires to work for the NFL or the Chiefs at an executive level. In his free time, Rafe enjoys playing sports, video games, and spending time with his wife, Abi, and their dog, Elf.
